Individual interviews/guidance
Workplaces are now increasingly offering employees support and counselling from a psychologist to improve their well-being. Vinnuvernd offers individual interviews for employees of companies that are in contract services.
Special emphasis is placed on keeping waiting periods to a minimum.
Group guidance
Vinnuvernd offers guidance from a psychologist for managers or management groups. The purpose of the guidance is to strengthen managers and/or the group in dealing with various challenges and difficulties at work. The guidance can be temporary due to special circumstances or for a longer period to strenghten managers in a demanding role..
The benefits of individual and group guidance can be increased well-being, more job security, greater job satisfaction and better communication and teamwork. Emphasis is placed on the manager knowing their strengths and using them to the best of their ability. Through guidance, managers can gain a new perspective on issues and increased strength to tackle tasks that arise in the work environment.
Managers have the opportunity to discuss the issues they are dealing with under the guidance of a psychologist. Topics can either be unprepared, i.e. it is decided each time what will be discussed or prepared, where managers and the psychologist agree on topics in advance.
For group guidance, it is preferable that the group size is between 2-7 people and the arrangement of mentoring is tailored to the needs of each group at any given time.
